New product programming service prior to shipment.
Covers download of existing programs & conversion to other compatible models supplied by customers.
Customers will need to install the new product with respect to terminal changes(where models differ) i.e. 690P to AC15
Customers must consider any external options requirements such as keypads, comms, minimum values of brake resistors must not be exceeded.
Customers are advised to carry out an auto-tune on installation this cannot be performed without the actual motor/machine
(NOTE: Best performed when the motor is uncoupled and free to rotate unloaded, refer to user guides)
Product once opened and programmed it becomes non-returnable, considered installed/used.
IDS is not responsible for any inaccuracies in the data supplied either to be downloaded or converted, as we are not the design authority.
The customer is responsible for supplying the current working program.
Where IDS is asked to produce a program the functionality will be Checked, agreed and signed off by both parties before shipment.
