DESPATCHING STOCK EVERY WEEKDAY – Normal Service

  • As normal orders placed before 3pm for stock items will be shipped

UK DELIVERY – Unaffected

  • As normal UK mainland deliveries will be dispatched on Express next day service

OVERSEAS DELIVERY – Delays in most regions

  • As normal overseas deliveries will be despatched on an Express service
  • We have been notified that the following countries are subject to delivery delays.
    • China, All of Europe but specifically Italy, Spain, France. Turkey, Latvia, Greece, Cyprus, Norway and Bulgaria. Vietnam, Hong Kong, Indonesia, South Korea, North America, South America including the Caribbean.
  • We have been notified that some regions within the following countries are subject to suspension (no deliveries available to those regions).
    • Austria, Italy, Portugal, Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Philippines
  • We have been notified that the following countries are subject to suspension (no deliveries available).
    • India, Bangladesh, Swaziland, Uzbekistan, Andorra, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Burundi, Cape Verde, Guam, Palau, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Northern Mariana (Saipan), Namibia, Lybia, Kiribati, Tuvalu, Tonga, Vanuatu, Wallis and Futuna, French Polynesia, Fiji, Laos, Myanmar, Burkina Faso, Democratic Rep. of Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Gambia, Guinea, Liberia, Mali, Mauritius, Niger, Rwanda, Lesotho, Nepal, Bhutan, Central African Republic, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Uganda, Niger, French Polynesia, Gabon, Togo, Chad, Mauritania, Congo, Mauritius, Gambia, GhanaAmerican Samoa, Samoa, South Africa
    • All remote areas will also be at risk of suspension.

SUPPLY CHAIN (ITEMS NOT IN STOCK) – Limited Disruption

  • Our suppliers are trying to continue production however there are going to be delays
  • Actual delivery times may be longer than those offered on the site
  • Products may suddenly become unavailable. Alternatives can be discussed with our Technical Support team.

ONSITE MEETINGS AND COLLECTIONS – Cancelled

  • All face to face meetings have been cancelled to protect our workforce and suppliers
  • Alternative meetings can be made via telephone if required
  • Stock is NOT available for collection to protect our warehouse staff.
