DESPATCHING STOCK EVERY WEEKDAY EXCEPT PUBLIC HOLIDAYS 

  • As normal orders placed before 3pm for stock items will be shipped

UK DELIVERY – Unaffected

  • As normal UK mainland deliveries will be dispatched on Express next day service

OVERSEAS DELIVERY – Delays to ROI

  • As normal overseas deliveries will be despatched on an Express service
  • Currently (Sept 2021) Shipments to ROI are being delayed due to problems with customs clearance in Ireland which is out of our control.
  • Due to the temporary restructure of International routes delays are likely worldwide.
  • All remote areas will also be at risk of suspension.
  • The list of affected countries is subject to continuous change.

SALES SUPPORT - Unaffected

  • Sales staff are relocated at home but have full working capacity

TECHNICAL SUPPORT – Unaffected

  • Technical staff are located at home and have full working capacity

SUPPLY CHAIN (ITEMS NOT IN STOCK) – Limited Disruption

  • Our suppliers are trying to continue production however there are going to be delays
  • Actual delivery times may be longer than those offered on the site
  • Products may suddenly become unavailable. Alternatives can be discussed with our Technical Support team.

ONSITE MEETINGS - Now Available

  • Meetings can still be made via telephone or Teams if preferred
  • Face to Face appointments can be arranged and are subject to Covid safe measures.

COLLECTIONS - Now Available

  • Stock can be collected from our Warehouse by prior appointment only (From Mon 15th June). Please ensure you DO NOT ENTER the warehouse when collecting to ensure the safety of all our staff.
  • Orders MUST BE placed and paid for BEFORE arriving at the Warehouse.
