Nidec Control Techniques M700 Series DC to AC Inverter Power Module for use with the Drive Control Module options (linked below) for a 200kW (270HP) 400V 3 Ph motor to 417A at high overload, operates in Sensorless Vector control, or full closed-loop Flux Vector Control (with optional Encoder Feedback Card).

Input Voltage: 700V DC via Common DC Bus.
Input Fuse: High speed DC Fuses required.
Current Rating: 417A at 2kHz switching frequency, 415A at 3kHz, 372A at 4kHz, 296A at 6kHz, or 245A at 8kHz.
De-Rating for Parallell Connection: 5%.
