Dynamic Braking Resistor rated 80 Ohms x 5000Watts (5kW) continuous.
Application: When connected to a suitable Inverter drive this will add braking to the drive system, by absorbing energy returning from the load.

Overload: 10 times Power for 5 seconds every 90 seconds.
Maximum Overload:  Limited by the brake chopper Voltage to 1.8kW for 230V Drives.
Time to Maximum Temperature: 30 minutes at full load.
Tolerance: ±5%.
Nominal Voltage: 1000V AC/DC.
Peak Voltage: 3000V.Tolerance ±5%.

Dimensions: 410mm/430mm long x 140mm high x 265mm wide over mesh cover and fixing flange and excluding terminal cover.
Enclosure: IP20. Open to rear.
