TAE 13/32kW Universal Brake Chopper BC2.1-32/13

Universal Brake Chopper for use with any 230V 3 ph Inverter having access to DC+ & DC- terminals and a suitable external resistor.

Rated: 32kW Peak or 13kW Continuous.
Rating: 90A Peak or 35A Continuous.
DC Bus Voltage: 200V to 440V.
Minimum resistance:  4 Ohms.  See the resistors linked below or use the 'Which Resistor' button at the bottom left of this page.

Simple to set-up (requires no adjustments) and provides braking for an existing Inverter Drive that might be tripping on 'Over-Voltage' or suffering from an extended stop ramp.
