Sprint PLX15 15kW 36A 4Q 12V to 480V 3ph AC to DC Converter

Sprint Electric PLX Series (Frame 1) 36A 4 Quadrant Regenerative DC Thyristor Drive and Field Controller for 12-480V Supply with 110V or 230V Control supply (universal). Converts a three phase AC supply to DC, for speed and torque control of a DC motor.
Typical Motor output, up to 15kW (20HP) at 460V DC for fully regenerative motor speed and torque control.

Power Cable Entry: Mains Input = Top, Armature Output = Top, 3 Phase Auxiliary = Top for this model

Simple to set-up in Digital, fully-isolated 4 Quadrant form and ready to run from its 'Quick Set-Up' settings.
Frame Size 1 - 216mm Wide x 174mm Deep x 289mm High.

8 x Analogue Inputs (Selectable Voltage Range +/-/5/10/20/30V).
4 x Analogue Outputs (3 x Programmable).
4 x Digital Inputs – 2 Selectable as Encoder Quadrature Inputs.

3 x Digital Outputs.
+ & - 10V @10mA Voltage Reference for potentiometers.
Internal Armature Voltage AVF (ARM) Feedback, Tacho and Encoder (2 wire quadrature) included as standard.

Input Current: 30A for Armature + up to 8A for Field.
Input Voltage: 12V to 480V three phase +-10% at 50/60Hz.
Input Fuse: 40A - to suit input bridge at 600A²s
Note. The 3 phase Field and Armature supplies are input through separate terminals and may be at different levels if desired.
Use a choke in the supply at 50uH @ 39A
